Join the Teratology Society

The Teratology Society offers Regular, Associate, Student, and Emeritus membership levels. The Teratology Society was established as a multidisciplinary scientific society in 1960. Today, this international nonprofit consists of approximately 700 members specializing in developmental biology and toxicology, reproduction and endocrinology, epidemiology, cell and molecular biology, nutritional biochemistry, and genetics as well as the clinical disciplines of prenatal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, neonatology, medical genetics, and teratogen risk counseling.

Regular and Associate memberships include an electronic subscription to all parts of Birth Defects Research, the official publication of the Teratology Society, and members may purchase a print version for an additional fee. Student members may purchase electronic access or a print subscription of Birth Defects Research for an additional fee.

It generally takes 6-8 weeks to process new member applications. Applicants will be notified and billed when approved. Please contact Teratology Society Headquarters if you have questions about the status of your application.
